_Associate Community and Social Media Manager

New Tales is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative and English-native Associate Community and Social Media Manager.

You will be reporting to the Communication & Community Lead and part of the Publishing team integrating Brand management, Communication, Digital Marketing and Media. As an Associate Community and Social Media Manager, you are an expert on players communities and social media strategy and execution. You will be responsible for generating, implementing, delivering and monitoring innovative Social Media strategies, as well as managing and growing communities for the IPs under your watch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop & maintain a deep understanding of the IP and Brand under your watch
• Manage and develop IP and Brand social channels in collaboration with Brand and Communication teams
  • Creating content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
  • Manage content approval process across game studio, legal and partners.
  • Manage social agencies & partners, including influencers, implement campaigns in collaboration with Brand and Communication teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Define and develop a community, social media & influencer strategy for IP under your watch:
  • Monitor and report on community feedbacks and activities
  • Share reports with studios and publishing team in actionable format
  • Optimize social engagement levels
• Build relationships with community members and influencers
• Work on Social & community monitoring tools selection, process & implementation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field
• 1 to 3+ years of work experience in digital/social agency, video games, entertainment or publishing categories
• Data-driven mindset and proven ability to turn insights into action
• Ability to share a creative vision
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills that can generate impactful content
• Deep knowledge of online social channels and marketing practices
• Personal passion for games (PC, mobile, console) / online entertainment services or web user experience
• English-native speaking is required
