_Associate Digital Marketing Manager

New Tales is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative and results driven Associate Digital Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Media and part of the Publishing team, integrating Communication, Community, Brand Management, the Associate Digital Marketing Manager is the expert in charge of all aspects of Digital Marketing operations. This includes planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all channels (Paid or Organic).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all aspects of our digital marketing activities including CRM, email, Website and digital media campaigns for internal games & external studios
• Participate in game development by making recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, retention and shareability
• Collaborate internally with Publishing Teams especially Brand Marketing to ensure digital marketing activities are a contributor to their brand growth
• Coordinate Digital Agencies & Partners: from brief to reporting, including budget follow-up & operational implementation
• Improve the game visibility by working on platforms & stores pages optimization strategy
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Share these reports with studios and publishing team in actionable format
• Work on MarTech tools selection, process & implementation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or related field
• 1 to 3+ years of work experience in digital agencies, media partners or video games/entertainment brands in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Data-driven mindset and proven ability to turn insights into action
• Strong Project management skills and ability to work in international teams, with external partners and vendors
• Team player, comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business
• Deep understanding of digital marketing – including MarTech tools experience
• Personal passion for games (PC, mobile, console) / online entertainment services or web user experience
• A fluent level of English is required (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
