_Head of Communications & Communities

We are currently looking for a key team member to join our new adventure and lead NEW TALES Communications & Communities efforts.

What is the job about?

As our Head of Communications & Communities, you will pilot all our external communications efforts (Corporate, B2B, B2C), establish our network of international communications agencies, as well as drive our influencers relations. Ultimately, you will build, nourish & grow our players communities, across relevant social channels.

That is great but what does it mean for the day to day?

• You are a key member of the team, working closely with pretty much everyone in NEW TALES, including naturally our internal & partnered studios.
• You select & drive our different international communications agencies (PR, Influencers etc.), you also build & nurture the relationship with those awesome partners you have chosen.
• You participate to our Go-To-Market plans creation & implementation, with our player communities’ development as your main mid & long-term focus.
• You create & implement our social media strategy, actively engaging with our players through our owned channels & drive our community activities.
• You are in charge of growing & scaling our efforts in synch with NEW TALES future needs.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in gaming community management & communications roles.
• Previous experience with social media & communication tools
• Great written & spoken English skills.
• International expertise & understanding of the world’s diversity.
• Established network of press & influencers’ contacts as well as communication agencies.
• Ability to mix strategic & operational approach
