This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting game studios, using leading technology to create new genre-defining games, within our collaborative Action RPG team.

WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?

As producer, you will take ownership of all project schedule and budget, working closely with all other disciplines to implement them to the highest standard. You will mentor and help junior teammates and feedback on team-work, and you will act as a champion of quality.

THAT IS GREAT BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR THE DAY TO DAY?

• Play a key role in the definition of the project milestones
• Create synergies between Art, Programming and Design to solve problems
• Participate in recruitment to build and grow the project team.
• Make sure that the project is coherent and in line with the project vision
• Create an environment which allows for open dialogue and encourages new creative ideas.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 4+ years’ experience in game development.
• Strong project and risk management experience

• Extra: Design, Programming or Art background
• Extra: Experience as a player, and/or a previous role on Action RPG.
• Extra: Experience with Unreal and/or Unity engine.
