We couldn’t be happier to welcome Charles Gruss at New Tales as Lead Game Designer for our game studio based in Lyon, France.Charles started out his career 5 years ago as game designer in the serious games industry, before joining Ubisoft where he led the mobile user research team. Passionate about crafting games, he then went on leading the design team within Eden Games on a licensed F1 racing game published by Electronic Arts.Over his career, Charles has worked on a wide range of games such as first person shooters, racing games, hack’n’slash and MOBAs, from prototypes to live operations.Most of all, when he is not playing games, Charles loves to devour sci-fi and fantasy books or put the final touch on his latest Gunpla model which makes him a perfect fit for a Lead Designer role at our studio!Welcome aboard Charles!

We are excited to welcome Marin Morgand in the New Tales family as an Associate Tech Artist in our first game development studio based in Lyon, France.Marin is our younger addition to the team. He studied programming and animation with the goal of joining the animation industry. But forever marked by the release of Final Fantasy VII when he was 8 days old, he finally realized he had to answer the call of his long-time passion for videogames.Eager to learn new skills and develop his craft, Marin is a passionate tech tinker with a passion for art, anime, weird movies and strange music.A perfect combo for a tech artist in our studio!Welcome Marin!
