_Associate Product Manager

New Tales is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative and results driven Associate Product Manager.

You will be reporting to the Brand Lead and part of the Publishing team integrating Communication, Community, Digital Marketing and Media. As Associate Product Manager, you are an expert on the intellectual properties under your watch, and responsible for generating, executing, and delivering top-notch marketing tactics, from conception to execution and reporting, with a general (but non-exclusive) focus on activities aiming at new player acquisition & winback.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a brand steward:
  • Develop & maintain a deep understanding of the IP under his/her watch,
  • Manage brand marketing approval processes across game studio, legal and accounting
  • Manage creative agencies & partners, event agencies, and promotional partnerships
• Lead the development of the required creative material (in partnership with digital marketing & media) achieving New Tales standard of quality (this includes offline & online creative management) and ensure cohesion across brand messaging
• Identify authentic players’ lifestyle and creative trends to support marketing asset development
• Contribute to data analysis (sales, market trends, KPIs) and reporting that help inform management & studios decisions.
• Evangelize brands to external partners (1st parties, licensors, and agencies)
• Support industry events and partners meetings when required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or related field
• 1 to 3+ years of work experience in video games, consumer electronics, entertainment or publishing categories (agencies or advertiser roles)
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Project management skill and ability to work in international teams, with external partners and vendors
• The ability to share a creative vision
• Personal passion for games (PC, mobile, console) / online entertainment services or web user experience
• A fluent level of English is required (written and verbal)
